Organic Syrah

Aroma of plum and black cherry.

Rich and full-bodied with notes of jam. Good finish with excellent persistence and perspective of longevity. "Uno a Quattro", as listed on the bottle, means only one of four varietals in its series is produced each year.

Pairings can accompany the more flavorful and complex dishes of traditional Tuscan cuisine. Great with lamb and aged pecorino cheeses. Not recommended for pairing with spicy food.
