Tasting Notes

Rich and elegant with good structure, layered flavors, and medium body. Black licorice, earth, tobacco, leather and forest flavors from longer oak aging. "Brunello" means "little brown one." Italian law prohibits any temperature intervention in the growing cycle of Brunello (Sangiovese) grapes. Develops richer flavors and smoother texture as it ages.
